What is it for?
This tool has two tables for users to enter the recommended treatment hours (per week/month/6 or 12-month) and convert to number of units for either a 6-month or a 12-month authorization period. 
It saves users time to do the math when entering or understanding authorization
 
Why should you use it?
It helps increase accuracy of authorization entry
 
Recommendations:
The excel spreadsheet is set up with Protection - Protect Sheet feature to avoid accidental deletion of formulas. Users who wish to make changes to fit their needs can opt to Unprotect Sheet. When edit is made, we advise user to Protect Sheet again.
